The apartment is located at the famous touristic area of Heraklion called Ammoudara . It is 1 min away from the beach on foot , so you can just grab your flip flops and have a swim at any time!

The space

It is a cozy and fully equipped apartment. It consists of a bright , colorful living room which is carefully decorated with vivid summertime colors , that will lighten up your days and vacation mood . In the living room there is also the kitchen and a fireplace that can be a great plus for those visiting us during the winter time . Furthermore , the apartment has one bathroom and a spacious relaxing bedroom . Also there is one balcony where you can relax enjoying the beautiful sea view during the sunset , combined with the stunning view of the historical mountain of Stroumpoulas.

The main street of Ammoudara is right in front of the building , therefore you can have access by foot at any service you may need : the bus station , taxi station and all kinds of shops (care , rentals, souvenir shops, supermarkets , bars , restaurants , local food etc. ). An extra benefitial point of Ammoudara , is that it is the only seaside resort that is linked with the city of Heraklion with urban buses . This means you can plan your holidays and move around the places you want to visit easily.
